The warranty cover the following aspects:
- Biz Device(s) stops functioning
- Biz Device(s) is lost
- Biz Device(s) undertook serious damages due to an accident
- Theft of Biz Device(s)
If you encounter any of these issues you qualify for a refund which you can avail 2 times if you buy Biz Safe.
To check whether if we are providing the services correctly and to the right person we would require the following evidence:
- An evidence of your original purchase
- Supporting evidence e.g., A police report ( Theft or Lost )
- Picture or video of the product ( When malfunctioning & accidental damage )

The warranty period for Biz Safe products is 12 months from the date of purchase.
